Welcome to ClimeArt (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We highly value your personal privacy and data security. This privacy policy explains what information our App collects and how we use, store, and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our core weather services, we need the following data:

• Location Data: With your explicit consent, we collect your device's current location (approximate or precise coordinates). This is strictly used to request real-time meteorological data from weather service providers.
• System Language: We read your iOS device's local language settings to determine the interface display language.
• Device Identifier: We collect a vendor-scoped device identifier (iOS identifierForVendor) to help us monitor service quality and troubleshoot issues. This identifier is not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity, and it resets automatically if you uninstall all of our apps from your device.

2. Use and Sharing of Information

We promise not to sell any of your data for marketing or advertising purposes. The data we collect is used solely for the following:

• Providing Weather and Art Services: Your location data is sent anonymously to the weather API to fetch temperature and conditions. These environmental parameters are then sent to our AI illustration model engine to generate dynamic customized weather artworks.
• Service Quality Monitoring: The device identifier is used solely for aggregated usage statistics and diagnosing technical issues. It is never used for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.
• No Personal Identity Data: We do not collect or transmit any data that can identify you personally (e.g., name, email, phone number, or Apple ID).

3. Data Storage and Security

The App operates via iOS standard secure mechanisms:

• Your location data runs ephemerally in memory for instant API requests and is NEVER permanently stored on our cloud servers.
• The device identifier is transmitted to our server with each API request and recorded in server logs for operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not shared with any third party.
• Cached city weather images and preferences are locally stored on your device using native iOS UserDefaults in your private Sandbox and App Group.

4. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent becomes aware that their child has provided us with such information, please contact us immediately for deletion.

5. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically due to feature updates or legal regulations. All updates will be published on this page. If you have any questions, you can contact us via the App Store support channel or developer contact details.

4. 未成年人隐私
